Job Description : Please find the brief of the profile;The primary purpose of the OCA tele-caller is to advise and collect information on education, interests, career-goals, invite students for an Educational Counselling session at SIEC Branch. Invite and be part of active business development/marketing project. They are expected to advise and provide orientation to new and re-enrolling students through email, phone, social media, data provided by the marketing team etc. Online career advisors help potential candidates with higher education-related issues; tap potential students for their interest in finding the right course, right University/college, setting education/career goals and dealing with doubts for higher education abroad. Ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with discipline, a team player and coordinate well with different branches of SIEC. Prior knowledge/ proficiency in overseas Education and Admissions will be an advantage.Role requires highly responsible individual, who is self-disciplined believes in integrity and honest work.Educational Qualifications : A graduate degree is often preferred for a higher education careers adviser but sometimes, with the right amount of relevant experience, university is not necessary. Any degree discipline is acceptable for entry into the profession. Experience and personality are usually more important than subject studied. Ideally, an experience of 06 months 1 year is acceptable.Required CompetencyShould be able to assess candidate interests, skills and educational qualification via individual interviews and/or group work, and relating to suitable opportunities.Excellent customer service in Continuing Education and education abroad.Will provide support/ advice and encourage active participation to students.Should be confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Pleasing personality, soft spoken with high sense of business growth strategies.Should be organised, focussed, non-judgemental, patient, a team-player with competitive spirit.Proficient in internet surfing, writing emails, sms (text messages) and strategizing for confirming walk-ins.Will work with marketing department to provide for Walk-ins and educational fairs.Will be using specialist computer-aided CRM applications.Excellent Telephone etiquette and typing speed.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)
