Job Description : Our travel agency is searching for a remote part-time or full-time bookkeeper or accountant. Our fun and high energy team works remotely across the United States and Mexico and you’ll get to work from home, video chatting occasionally with team members and management.Candidate must specifically have a minimum of 3 years experience in billing, invoicing, and tracking payments. Candidates not meeting this requirement will not be reviewed. Candidates not submitting a cover letter will not be reviewed.Candidates will be required during the application process to summarize their experience with billing, invoicing, and tracking payments from suppliers and customers. Candidates with travel agency experience will be preferred but this experience is not required.Candidates must have:A work station at home with reliable high-speed internet (or the ability to create one)Experience with travel billing and invoicingExperience with Excel or Google SheetsBonus points if possessing prior experience using travel agency / tour operator portalsInterviews will take place remotely between February 20-27th. New hire would start shortly after, but we can be flexible with the start date.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)Travel Agency: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
