Job Description : Our client in the Downtown Houston area is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-fulltime basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Create and maintain 13-week cash forecast • Coordinate with FP& A on cash and liquidity elements for corporate planning model • Process payments from various bank accounts for business lines • Monitor daily cash position and requirements • Representative to manage commercial bank relationships, representative on bank accounts with authority to update account signatories, KYCs, and setup/delete bank users • Partner with Accounts Receivable to effectuate effective cash receiving and application operations involving check, credit card and ACH settlements • Represent in company merchant accounts relationships • Research and respond to receipt/payment inquires • Assist with debt compliance, including debt covenants, quarter end/yearend certificates, letters of credit, monthly withdrawal certificates, and other compliances • Help develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs • Ensure compliance with internal controls • Support ad hoc requests and special projects • Assist in other financial areas of organization as needs/commitments allow

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred • Certified Treasury detail oriented certification (CTP) desirable • Minimum one (1) to three (3) years’ experience in treasury and with treasury management systems, financial planning, cash forecashing • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required i.e. VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, etc. • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP theory and practice is preferred • Strong general accounting skills • High attention to detail and level of accuracy • Experience with banking platforms
