In line with health Tourism, IVAC operates as a hospital and rehabilitation centre incorporating an integrative approach to healing.www.ayurindus.comResponsibilities and DutiesTake a consultation for the guest.Order the medicine to IVHNPL PharmacyCo-Ordinate with the Supervisor for the smooth function of the departmentTake a briefing every day to the vaidya sala staff (therapists).Check the treatment room’s cleanliness.Check the grooming of the vaidya sala staff.Check the day to day comments cards, it should be maintained above 90% without complaints from the guest.Communicate with the guest and explain to the guests the benefits of treatments and up-sell the treatments and help to achieve the targets.Maintain the guest records.Day to day update vaidya sala report to COO & Chief Consultant.Update to COO & Chief consultant about your leaveKey Skills Good communication skills., Good hold on the English language to communicate with the guests (Patients are called as a guest), Knowledge of Panchakarma Therapies and rejuvenation therapies., Who is open to learn and have experience in Spa & Salon., Good leadership qualities, teamwork, and administration abilities., Good appearance, etiquette, well-groomed.Required Experience and Qualifications1. BAMS Doctor with Five years experience2 . Advantage would be if worked/managed any independent team3. Some exposure in ayurvedic sales of product/ therapy would be a great advantage4. Posting would be in Bangalore, so I should be willing to relocate at Bangalore5.
