JR 1 Design templates for website properties Standardize UI/ UX and migrate all properties to defined standards Improve UI / UX based on consumer insights Develop dashboards to derive data driven insights & make it easier for adoption of these UX principles for future developments JR 2 To discuss with product teams and deliberate on design decisions and to translate any given user experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction – To be mapped against App ratings, Feedback on designs, Success ratio of A/B testing, Decrease in App/ WAP/website/ EXIT rate To conduct user interviews and understanding user’s needs, based on which primary personas would be designed To regularly check app store & call centre reviews and create enhancements on projects which can make an impact and increase user engagement JR 3 Testing different designs (A/B Testing) on different segmentation and finding out which one serves best to the needs of users To find out best possible ways to keep the user engaged on our app/website.
Web Projects All Payment led apps and WebPages (SmartHUB portal and app) Any new micro sites/ apps Email designs .
JR 4 Proper Reporting structure to track upliftment of user journey due to enhanced UI/UX To put in place Usability Test for new App/ Web projects Presenting monthly competitive analysis Quarterly presentations on new UI/UX technology , best in class industry designs, and how can we achieve benefit out of it JR 5 To pass exam on Usability Study & User Research Analysis by HFI, PET Test by HFI.
