Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities: Discover and design new user experiences that drive the next generation of mobile and web application.Create graphics and designs for user interface for web and mobile applications.Creates UX/IA documentation such as site outlines, process flows, sketches, scenarios, personas, wireframes, and navigation models for web and mobile applications to define functionality and user behavior.Brainstorm and collaborates with product owners, end users and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of excellent user experiences.Should be able to interpret complex business requirements and turn them into formal UI specifications.Research and evaluate emerging trends in interaction and interface design and incorporate them in the product vision.Generate mockups and style guides for product development.Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.We are looking for a user experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. You have solid experience with design tools such as Axure , Sketch or Photoshop. The ideal candidate would be a creative person with outstanding interaction and visual design skills who can deliver mockups and prototypes based on a clear understanding of user environments, scenarios, workflows, and tasks. HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript development experience hyper Dart is looking for Full-time or part-time designer to support the development of user experience from conception to delivery. Desired Candidate Profile Proven quality experience in web design or mobile design. Strong understanding of UI and usability principles. Strong portfolio of applying user-centered design practices to website design (web software, SaaS, mobile app design). Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Fireworks and associated design tools Work experience with large, reference- and transaction-oriented websites and responsive design methodologies / systems. Strong familiarity with production-level code (HTML/CSS/JS) for emails, landing pages, rich internet apps (RIA), and websites.
