Vice President of Marketing
The Vice President of Marketing should be highly collaborative, business-savvy professional with solid experience in building marketing programs in sales and measuring business impact that drives revenue growth.
As the VP you will lead how we bring Codemantra offerings to market. You will develop the plan to allocate and align your resources to company objectives, then manage the execution of the plan.
You will also be a key voice in defining and articulating our marketing, product, and GTM strategy. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in Sales, other parts of Marketing, Product, Business Development, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success.
Role & Responsibilities:
Leadership
Should have experience in Product Marketing.
Should be the voice to our customers and products
Should be highly skilled in marketing to promote our offerings, and identify what consumers want so we can create more.
Should have the ability to lead and manage a Marketing team of writers, designers, business development executive and account managers. Build an agile, highly productive and engaged team, nurturing and developing talent through strong and actively engaged leadership.
Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
Manage all internal company-wide communications, including company intranet, quarterly all- company meetings broadcast to all locations and executive communications.
Challenge to building partnerships with leading organizations to expand visibility of company products portfolio.
Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all channels (online/offline/social)
Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.)
Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts and interact with clients on a regular basis.
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
Ensure a robust lead generation program, working closely with Experiential Marketing, Marketing Ops and Digital Marketing teams to improve current demand generation process: creating a more consistent, productive approach; developing the right dashboards; making the case for investment.
Partnership & Accountability
Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provides our sales organization with tools and resources to be able to quickly move prospects to customers.
Delivers effective communications with business partners.
Responsible for increasing impact of programs, as measured by sales conversion, contract value and velocity through the funnel.
Responsible for measurement and success of programs; tracking, analysis and interpretation of trends. Leverages and shares best practices, problem solves to continuously improve programs.
Establish Marketing Plans tied to business goals and be held accountable for meeting these goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Marketing experience preferably in a B2B SAAS environment.
Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Highly collaborative; proven track record of working effectively as part of an experienced management team and selling ideas to partners, and colleagues
Experience managing direct reports, and managing through cross functional teams
Experience executing multiple highly complex and/or strategic marketing campaigns and activities.
Proficiency with Content management systems, and Design Software
Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
Proven leadership skill, including the ability to identify talent, build teams, mentor and develop team members, and inspire performance that exceeds expectations and retains resources.
E ack record of strategic and creative thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative leadership in developing marketing strategies and communications programs that engage a variety of diverse stakeholders.
