Job Description : Work closely with the principal on a daily basis to ensure the smooth overall operation of the school.· Support committees of staff and parents that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students.· Teach classes as per the requirement, develop rapport with the students, handle discipline issues and fill in for the principal when required.· Resolve conflicts between students, teachers, parents or combinations of conflicts between various individuals.· Assist in yearly teacher evaluations, assist in providing guidance to staff and students, and encourage a positive climate in the school.· Direct assemblies and other special gatherings of students for events throughout the year.· Develop emergency response plans for schools as required & Fill reports and updating as required.· Record keeping as required by CBSEQualifications: Must have a Master’s Degree and Bachelors in Education.Must have completed three (3) years of successful teaching/coordinator in Grades 7-12.Demonstrate ability to relate to the students, professional staff, parents/guardians, and members of the community.Looking for male candidates only.BenefitAccommodation with family , Child Education & OtherJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 31/03/2022
