Job Description : Job Title : Warehouse AssistantJob descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe person shall be responsible for Receipt, maintain Stock Inventory, Order Pick, Packing, Monitor& Follow up for timely delivery, turnaround time of dispatch within 2 days after invoicingKey Responsibility Areas:Candidate must have thorough knowledge and professional experience in Stock Management.Pre-receipt inspection of material, pre-delivery inspection of material, ensure proper LR, Proof ofDelivery receipt.Maintain all Receipt, Despatch, Test Certificate etc. in file / folder and maintain inward & outwardregister.No material to be inward or outward without proper Invoice received.Manage work from warehouse keepers.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience of working on PC / Laptop for stock management.Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Good Intelligence to understand about transportation and its related documentation.Good Communication (English Language to read and write).Experience of minimum 1 to 3 years working in stores / warehouse is mandatoryKey skills: Microsoft office word, excel, outlook.
