This position will work within the Website Team which is part of the Marketing organization. We are a highly collaborative, team-oriented, and results-focused group. The Website Team ensures consistent, polished delivery of our market-facing messages and demand generation content. We are responsible for ensuring a seamless buyer’s journey across our entire digital channel as an extension to the campaign team objectives and we work cross-functionally with many stakeholders across the organization.
You:
As the Web Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for the publishing and maintenance of content on Apptio.com and related web properties in the digital customer journey. You’ll be responsible for converting raw copy, imagery, and packaged content into web pages, landing pages, and gated “demand magnet” pages. As an editor in our CMS, your focus will be on ensuring the timely and accurate execution of new or refreshed website content that accelerates the journey of self-educating prospects and customers. You have impeccable attention to detail, you love a well-honed content production process, and know how to reliably complete tasks on an SLA.
What we want you to do:
Work hands-on in Episerver & WordPress CMSs to create, publish & maintain website content.
Participate in and deliver tasks as part of larger website projects.
Participate in QA to ensure that new site capabilities match business goals and requirements.
Support continuous testing and optimization of web pages across multiple browsers/devices.
Work with our SEO manager to ensure our content is search-optimized on a technical level and is following industry standard best practices
Basic Qualifications & Competencies:
1-3 years of corporate website content management, preferably from a SaaS, e-commerce, or agency environment.
Experience publishing content through a CMS, specifically WordPress or Drupal.
Experience managing and tracking task completion in a project management tool.
Accountability for task completion and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing content in PathFactory a plus.
Experience managing content on a website with personalization a plus.
Experience managing a website with DAM integration and/or using a DAM a plus.
Experience working with a project portfolio management tool (PPM) such as Workfront or project management tool such as Microsoft Project, or agile-like task or ticket management tools such as Asana, Trello, & Jira is a plus.
