Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the development & administration of the S3D

projects with Hexagon S3D tool, mainly for the Chemical, Petrochemical and

Refinery plants of medium and large size

Manage project administration & new development tasks for all the engineering

disciplines.

Hands-on min 3 years of experience on S3D API and development environment

using C# VB.Net / Oracle / SQL etc. and integration of third party tools with S3D

Experience on developed & configuration desired PBS and Naming rules as per

project requirements for all disciplines.

Experience on developed & configuration to develop DRC (Design Rule checks)

service within S3D environment for all disciplines

Develop various type of custom command for different discipline & standalone

application as per project requirement

Developing 3D symbols for various disciplines like Piping / Equipment / Ins. and

Hanger and Support using .Net environment.

Developed Hanger and Support assembly as per project standard.

Setting up S3D project in Global Work share and Standalone in Physical and

virtual environment.

Create project backups and restore the model, catalog and drawing data.

Database knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL) desirable

Creation of Custom Catalog and specification from the Bulk Load sheets S3D

Customization Drawing Template and Report creation

Creation of View Styles, Graphic Rules, Label Rules.

Creation of COM as well as SQL labels and advance SQL queries.

Proficient in setup and integration of 3D Design Review Tools of such as Smart

Plant Review, Navisworks etc.

Setup Fabrication Isometric, Stress Isometric, Tracing Isometric

The setting of IFC and Rule checker services

User-level troubleshooting in S3D on multiple tasks

Conduct User Level Training & S3D Job Instruction / Guidelines.
Desired Profile

4+ years as Smart 3D Administrator.

2+ years with S3D developer with .Net (C#, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC) based

solution

1+ years with RDBMS D/B & application design / architecture

Experience in Software & EPC is preferred

Technical Skills

Strong insights into about Smart Plant data flow architecture.

High analytical ability. Ability to understand, create, optimize advanced

algorithms. Exposure to advanced data structures.

Strong experience & skill on S3D administration and development using .Net

4.0/4.5, C#, MVC, WCF Good insights & skills into advanced .Net/C#

Strong Smart Plant software administration and development skills

Should have familiar with OpenGL/WebGL.

Mandatory Skills

S3D Project Administration

S3D API /.NET 4/4.5, Advanced C# skills

Develop Piping and Support Specification and catalog

Able to follow and suggest industry best practices and come up with out of box

innovation solutions

Nice to have Skills

HxGn Certified / RDMS / Programing

Interpersonal Skills

Direct and Open while resolving problems

Excellent Oral and Written communication
Education
BE / B.Tech In Computer Science / MCA / PGDCA / BCA / Software Engineer

HxGn certifications are a plus.
