Job Description : – To be responsible for Sales target achievement of the clinic- To increase walk-ins & conversion, cross selling & upselling thereby supporting in target achievement- To oversee the clinic’s management & operations- To manage clinic budgets & billing, appoint staff, assign tasks wherever required- To manage staff (front desk, sales, doctors, technicians), handling team’s day-to-day issues, motivating them, planning respective trainings wherever required, etc.- To oversee the equipment, material & ambience of clinic and ensure that it is as per the standards- Providing required reports to management in a timely mannerJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹217,407.00 – ₹550,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)
