Job Description : The job is for a supervisor of a small coffee shop. The supervisor should have knowledge of coffee making and use of professional espresso machines. He/She should be able to work as a barista during the day. He/She should also manage the day to day affairs of the coffee shop like ordering daily supplies for foods such as burgers, pizzas, pastas, coffee, tea, and other beverages. He/she should be able to do the scheduling for other staff, monitor and manage inventory, maintain daily records of revenues and expenses, train new staff, ensure the place is clean and tidy, and provide excellent customer service. The supervisor should maintain friendly relations with customers, owners, and building maintenance personnel and aim to build customer loyalty.The supervisor should be able to converse in English, Hindi and preferably Telugu also.
