OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
The development lead will be responsible for delivering one or more features in each release cycle.
The development lead will make sure the feature is delivered with top-notch Quality and on-time.
The person will be responsible for delivering features that work in SumTotal Mobile app.
This person will need to manage a small team of engineers by providing them functional and technical guidance and mentoring.
He / she will also need to innovate in terms of product functionality and technology.
The person is responsible for ensuring customer reported cases escalated to engineering are addressed and meets all the SLA compliances.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 7-10 years overall experience including product development and leading a team of developers.
Sound technical and problem-solving skills.
Has hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in developing mobile apps, preferably using Cordova and AngularJS or React Native.
Full stack development experience.
Ability to coach team to follow best practices.
Ability to provide technical and functional guidance to the team.
Ability to deliver under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple team’s located onsite and offshore.
Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
