Job Description : Position description: Counselling the students as per their eligibility and their requirementInteract with students, parents & professionals in person and assist them for overseas University admissions.Understand the student requirement and expectations and help them in overseas University admissions.Get first hand information on program updates, new programs, new admissions policies, deadlines, etc. Visit Colleges for Seminars & Presentation as and when required.Follow up with students via emails and phone calls.Respond to student queries in 24 working hours and Provide accurate information.Self learning and development on product knowledge for providing value services to students.Follow Systems processes and procedures as per the set criterionRequired Skills:Desired Experience : 2-6 yrs into Education SalesPrior experience in Overseas Education Sales /student Counseling is highly recommendedExcellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.Familiarity with computers and the internet is a must.Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customersSales oriented and target driven attitudeOutgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.Leadership skills and strong relationship building skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Counselling: 3 years (Preferred)
