Our Global Commercial Services team is seeking a driven, well-rounded computer science professional to join our growing team. You must be a self-starter! Eager to learn new technology trends, and partner with the business teams to ensure technology changes do not impact our customers. If you are an engineer with a passion for operating things and the desire to understand full stack (business down to infrastructure), and you embrace the instinct to code problems away, then this dynamic role is for you!
What you do as a Frontend Engineer?
Roles & Responsibilities
Implementing user stories leveraging modern frontend tooling (Angular/React/ES6/Typescript etc.).
Ability to work with the Product Owners and translate UX designs into actual implementation.
Creating self-contained, reusable, testable modules and components.
Owning the designs of pieces of the systems, accounting for reliability and availability including identifying and handling failure modes
Contribute to the deployment, support and monitoring of application across test, integration and production environments.
Writing code and unit tests, working on API specs, automation, and documenting processes.
Performing ongoing refactoring of code thereby delivering continuous improvement.

Leadership
Always ready to learn & experiment on leading/innovative technologies.
Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems.
Excellent collaboration & communication skills.

Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required.
Expertise with modern web frontend development experience with modern JavaScript (Angular JS, React, Redux).
Experience with server-side JavaScript/Spring MVC frameworks and build tools (NodeJS, grunt, webpack, babel)
Experience in hosting web applications on any cloud platform(Azure/AWS).

Benchmarking page performance and building efficient web sites.
Commitment to software practices of continuous Integration, automated/repeatable testing, and collaborative work environments.
Writing non-blocking code and restoring to advance techniques such as multi-threading when required.
Creating custom, general modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular JS
Creating configuration, build and test scripts for continuous Integration environments.
Hands on experience in developing dynamic web application based on RESTful Services and APIs.

Knowledge/Skills
Hands-on experience
Component library framework (Angular Material)
On AngularJS/Angular 8/9/10/ ReactJS
Using CSS preprocessors like Saas, Less
Using State Management (RxJS)
Integration with REST web services and API’s
Testing Framework like Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor
Understanding of working with modern JavaScript tooling including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
Good understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns.
Implement a complete User Interface as a responsive design with focus on performance and security.
Experience working on server-side backend implementation in either JAVA or .NET understanding of Web/App servers.
Implement and enforce best practices within the team.
Experience with versioning tools like GitHub.
Excellent team player with good analytical and communication skills. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and self-starter.
