Our Management Consultants work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India through
activities that are driven towards delivering results – conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models,
analyse large sets of data, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes. In addition,
consultants also support project lead, work directly with client teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making,
organize and prepare recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought
leadership and firm building activities.

Knowledge Preferred:
Candidates should demonstrate experience and/or knowledge in any sector (experience in the oil and gas, metals
and mining, energy and power generation, chemicals or other process industry, infrastructure, construction and real
estate, or manufacturing sectors would be an added bonus) in one or more of the following areas:
Familiarity with project controls processes, and how these processes are applied across both projects and
programs
Cost Management: processes including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, contingency, management
reserve, escalation, earned value metrics, cost breakdown structures, cost estimating
Risk Management: processes including risk register creation, root cause analysis, issue management,
risk mitigation strategies, and an understanding of quantitative risk assessments (QRA) using
simulation based modeling to assess risk impacts from cost and schedule factors
Change Management: processes including change orders, change requests, change governance
reviews and approval processes, change log management, tech-enabled change control
Quality Management: processes including quality plans, quality assurance programs, acceptance
testing, document control, six sigma, defect management, process improvement
Schedule Management: processes including critical path management techniques, schedule change
control and schedule risk management, understanding of schedule maturity levels and work breakdown
structures (WBS)
Exposure to development and application of contracting strategies, tracking and enforcing contract
requirements and obligations, performing contract evaluations and assessments
Familiarity applying performance metrics and analytics to the above process areas, and experience creating
project or program-specific KPIs to enable proactive management via the tracking of trends
Experience using project control tools and technologies, e.g, variance reporting tools, change logs, risk
registers, analytical estimation and forecasting models, KPI/Metric scorecards, dashboards, project
management software (Unifier, EcoSys etc.)
Exposure to processes, guidelines, standards, playbooks and documentation detailing concepts and
instructions on how to adhere to and govern processes and methodologies
Experience in application of statistical methods, data mining and/or data-driven problem solving, emphasizing
some combination of the following areas:
Performing in development language environments: e.g. Python, Java, C++, R, SQL, etc. and applying
analytical methods to large and complex datasets leveraging one or more of those languages
Applying statistical modeling, algorithms, data mining and machine learning algorithms problem solving
Manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
Visualizing and communicating analytical results, using technologies such as Tableau, PowerBI,
Spotfire, and Qlikview
Familiarity with and/or exposure with the following technology:
MS Office Suite, both on-device, Sharepoint based and Google cloud apps
Alteryx, PowerQuery
Tableau, Power BI and/or Qlik
Visio, IBM Blueworks and/or equivalent process mapping software
Acumen Risk, @Risk
Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
An understanding of earned value management concepts, including experience in implementing or managing
earned value management processes
Experience building or managing project schedules in Primavera P6
Skills Preferred:
Delivering significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem solving,
and taking individual initiative
Managing delivery of project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction
Emphasizing the ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members
Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences
Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses
of large and complex data
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management and Technology with a
Masters Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate
Management, Infrastructure Development and equivalent.
