Job Description : We are looking for an Customer support executive for Study Abroad domain, who should be;Coordinating with the clients/students to collect their documents, and check the authenticity of their documents, convert them into a folder.Supporting and guiding the students throughout their admission process by taking their queries.Assessing the students applications on the basis of their qualification and eligibility.Tell them about the entry level requirements of colleges and universities in order to complete the admission form smoothlyPreparing and presenting the applicants reports to the concerned International Universities timely.Maintaining regular communication with students, parents and abroad universities for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems if any.Building broad knowledge on the admission activities and guidelines of abroad colleges.Regular follow up with Universities Colleges and Universities about the status of student’s applications.Should be able to handle end to end backend process.Guiding and supporting students for the education Loan and its end to end process.Please share your resume on +91-XXXXXXXXXX.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹224,109.00 – ₹313,976.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Operations: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 7428897001
