Job Description : Your field of responsibility
You would be working closely with Front Office Business Risk and Controls Officers [BRCOs] and be responsible to extend bespoke Controls support to the Business desks across IB. Role would involve running the Business-specific Controls & Governance Framework – by ensuring delivery of thematic analytics, governance meeting materials, breach investigations and reporting of Risk & Control indicators to senior Business partners.
Your responsibilities would also include Development & maintenance of Control tools used to monitor Trader performance, Desk performance and Business level performance.
You would get an opportunity to engage first-hand with Trading Control desks and partner on various thematic projects focused on driving an overarching Controls culture across the Bank.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for:
A Qualified Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate in Finance with experience in Risk & Control function
Exposure to Senior Management reporting – with hands-on experience in crafting and preparation of Management Information
Proven experience in the Financial Services industry; any knowledge of Investment Banking products / operations will be an asset
Outstanding analytical skills and confident personality with excellent relationship skills in order to interact with partners
Proven ability to multi-task and priorities work load every single day, adapting to changing workloads
Proficiency in Microsoft applications; knowledge of automation tools like Advanced Excel, Visual Basic etc. or visualization tools like Tableau, Power Bi is desirable
