Job Description
Finance Operations: Manage India book of accounts, preparation of financial statements, financial reporting, vendor processing, AP/AR, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, taxation, invoice processing
Statutory Compliance: Be the sole custodian of statutory compliance, local tax obligations, company secretarial matters, government regulations
Administrative responsibilities: Manage general admin functions, lease terms & negotiations, insurances & other benefits
The Successful Applicant
Ideally a qualified accountant (CA) or a Tier 1 MBA graduate
3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment
Good understanding of statutory corporate compliance in India
Good understanding of tax corporate compliance in India
