Primary Responsibilities:
Lead, contribute to platform mesh, includes design, development, testing, support
Lead and mentor team members, set standards for team
Work with team to ensure NFRs are embedded in the roadmap and be gatekeeper
Contribute independently to coding, debugging, design

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Overall 8 to 12 years as a developer, tech lead, engineering manager
Proficient in Java or any other programming language, Spring boot or related framework, sql, nosql, kubernetes, kafka, azure/gcp/aws experience
Ability to deal with ambiguity and progress through R&D
Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and concisely with a variety of stakeholders
