Key Responsibilities : 1 Ensure the effective support and delivery SCCM to support the transition 2 Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing 2nd / 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support 3 Software patching through SCCM manually or via ADR for workstation clients Manually patchi
Technical Experience : 1 Application Deployment 2 Software patching through SCCM manually or via ADR for workstation clients Manually patching for servers end only 3 Client troubleshooting Client installation issues, scan failed issues, failed to software updates, failed to download policies etc 4 Windows Servicing via SCCM 5 Upgradation of SCCM to the latest CU or current branch and pack from existing one Administrating of SCCM Infrastructure 6 Software Updates Patch Activity , MDT , SCCM server administration, App
Professional Attributes : o Good communication skills required for interacting with Customer Ability to work independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
Educational Qualification : o Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
