Job Description : Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Should have experience in building, configuring, and deploying, troubleshooting and tuning web server farms with Linux.
Proven knowledge of load-balancer and handling high traffic websites.
Should have knowledge of Varnish, Redis, Elastic Search
What you’ll do:
You will advise clients on application development methodology and tools with focus on e-Commerce applications.
You will perform as an expert on application development for existing or new applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Must have 6+ years of recent Linux system administration experience
2 years Experience in The Web hosting support/Server administration.
Must be comfortable handling client interaction
Well versed in different Web servers such as Apache, Nginx and MySQL(Structured Query Language) configurations.
Proven knowledge in Server/Website migrations.
Proven knowledge of Server Tweaking, Hardening and other vulnerability fixes.
