The Team
As SAP Procurement Product Team, our mission is to provide the world’s leading cloud-based spend management solution, unifying the SAP Procurement portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Applications & Business Network, and SAP Fieldglass.
We are looking for a Product Manager for SAP Ariba Buying/ Mobile apps, that span multiple solutions and teams, in the areas of strategic as well as operational procurement.
The Role
Drive the roadmap, make appropriate trade-offs and execute.
Gather requirements from key stakeholders including product marketing, sales, clients, prospects, and the development team for product improvements. Based on technical feasibility, team estimates and capacity, decide appropriate release timelines for content, adjusting features and priorities as needed.
Be the Interface between customer facing and engineering delivery teams, translating business needs into actionable, engineering-facing requirements.
Prepare and communicate the product backlog to the team for sprint planning
Partner with UX and development to collaboratively create mockups that translate into features
Coordinate Beta and GTM activities with key partners
Develop, collect and communicate metrics on solution performance
The Role Requirement
6+ years of total experience with 2+ years of Product management experience with cloud applications and software.
Ability to take responsibility proactively and demonstrated success in delivering world class software to market.Strong skills in working with and influencing key stakeholders from product, engineering, sales, consulting and marketing across the organizationExperience in leveraging various resources for GTM, field sales and marketing to ensure adoption and success of the solution portfolioExposure in Mobile Product Management.Global experience and knowledge of enterprise application software products an advantage.
