Job Description : Project CoordinatorThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various CSR projects undertaken by the Foundation in the areas of education, skill development, livelihood and community development.Major roles and responsibility· Implement the CSR Projects in Villages / clusters.· Daily Field visits, Conduct Surveys, mobilization meetings, training and awareness programs at the ground level.· Work with various stakeholders in the local area representatives like Sarpanches, Pradhan, Govt officials, etc. to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the programs.· Manage all communication related to the program and Prepare MIS reports on regular basis.· Conduct Impact assessment of the project.Key Requirement· Candidate must be graduate.· Must have at least 3-5 year of experience with any NGO/ Social Sector.· Computer knowledge is must.· Should have clear and good communication skills· Ready to be posted/travel in rural areas.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)work: 3 years (Preferred)
