For one of our Client in the Insurance Segment we are searching for a Salesforce Solution Architect.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Solution Architect you will:
Overarching thought leadership and Solution Architectures, that enable and release the maximum business value of Salesforce technology for our clientsThe Architect must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer’s strategic business and technical requirements.Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategyResponsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domainExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com), certification preferred.Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiativesApplied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions.
– Very strong leadership and influence skills – demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.

Must have
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM engagementsAt least 3 years’ experience in a consulting environmentExtensive solution definition experience including evident experience and knowledge of:CRM System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical),Design Thinking with emphasis on Customer Journey Mapping and Service BlueprintsApplication and Integration patternsSalesforce certifications, ideally Consultant or Architect certifiedSolution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approachUnderstanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence designForce.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits)Evaluation of Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutionsBackground with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologiesKnowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
