Job Description : Financial Accounting and Closing of the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts at the endof every monthFull ownership of assigned tasks which includes ledger entries, reconciliations andsubstantiationEnsure closing timelines are met, thereby ensuring no delays in filings in accordance withStatutory ComplianceRole also includes operational activities like raising invoices, vendor payments,intercompany/branch reconciliations and settlements, bank entries, month-end adjustmententries, etc. which are of complex natureAnalysis and reporting of financial results to the managementKey contact for Financial Accounting & Reporting matters concerning the client includingexternal reporting, external audits, income tax filings, etc.Core Skills:Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to effectively comprehendCompany and Client’s requirements and effectively communicate ideasAbility to network well within the team and other support functionsMaintain good relationships with the ClientGood organisational skills including event planning skillsAbility to prioritise deliverables effectively and ensure accurate and timely delivery withinmultiple deadlinesResilient to change – organisational, environmental, compliance relatedPunctuality is the keyStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to manage time effectivelyAbility to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently whenrequiredDesired Personality:Self-motivated, self-directed, collaborativeEmpathy towards co-workers, adaptability to change and willingness to learnPassionate about creating an impact in the organisationFlexibility to stretch for business reasons during month/quarter/annual closeFlexible to work in shifts when supporting International clientsEducational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce is a must3-5 years of experience in a similar role is an added advantageJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
