Job Description : 3+ years of experience in social media execution and relating fieldBachelor/Master’s degree in marketing, communication studies.Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.Responsibilities and Duties: Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messagesCoordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goalsManages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or directionAudits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returnsAnalyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvementInterviews, hires, and trains social media team membersWorks with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messagesMonitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social media marketing: 3 years (Required)total work: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:Digital marketing (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
