Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Portals & Collaboration Solutions Specialist, you will work with the latest software to keep moving business forward. Whether it’s our Engineering teams that need a test environment or our software running in production, we are seeking skilled systems management professionals ready for the challenge.• Provide implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring support
Development skill – Good to have but not mandatorySupport efforts to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements.Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, operational assessment and process improvement initiatives.Support customer requirements in a 24/7/365 environment and be able to provide on-call support during outages occurring after hours (on a rotating basis).Collaborate with peers and other service lanes to perform network latency analysis to address slow connections and user experience issues.Support issues related to group mailboxes and distribution lists to include designating an end-user(s) as the group mailbox owner.Interface with Microsoft for any Tier 3 support.Understanding of entire Microsoft Office 365 suite product and solutions.Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to workStrong Communication Skills – be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 5 – 9 Years of experience in SharePoint online and on-prem.Perform day-to-day management and administration for SharePoint Online/On-prem within an hybrid/cloud environment.Experience in Installation & configuration of SharePoint Environment Setup, services and settingsAbility to document SharePoint configuration and architectureProficient in manage site quotas and file size limitsProvided site administration and configuration support for New production sites.Maintain Web Front End servers, and Application/Central Administration servers and Database servers.Understanding business requirements and mapping them to system requirements forInteracting with users and conducting requirement analysis.Setup the search farm architecture for both on premises and online.Provided site administration and configuration support for SharePoint sites.Analyses ULS Log.Managing SharePoint Online Admin site (Creating New site collection, adding storage, enabling external sharing, assigning licenses and managing users)Solving OneDrive issues.Solving user requests related to permissions, sites, libraries, maintain Internet, Intranet sites and SharePoint online siteMigrate sites, libraries between Development server to Staging server / Staging server to Production servers using Migration ToolStrictly following Change and release procedures and maintain SLACreation of SP sites, sub-sites, lists and document libraries as per the user requirement
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
NWorking experience with PowerHA/XD (cross-site) and GPFS/Spectrum scale v4.2, 5 would be an added advantage
