Senior Analyst- Financial Planning & Reporting – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities include the following: Contribute to monthly reporting, variance analysis and analyze financial data. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. Performs business, financial, and operations analysis to impact top-line and bottom-line results and support senior management decision-making. Assist with on-time delivery of monthly financial information internally and externally Articulate findings on a regular basis to senior management. Strive for continuous process improvements. Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested. Work as a team to achieve the highest quality output.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 am – 8 pm
The team
The Shared Services team (FP&A) at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte member firm in budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes that support an organization’s financial health and business strategy. The FP&A team performs management reporting, assists the stakeholders in decision making and controls. Team conducts variance analysis to show management how the budget and/or rolling forecast compares against actual performance. Also provide detailed Key Performance Indicator dashboards to the stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in finance/Accounting
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial reporting/ accounting with quick learning skills
Strong accounting knowledge
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while ensuring that goals are met
Able to collaborate effectively and share knowledge, skills and experience with colleagues
Preferred:
Experience in Finance domain is a must
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Advanced excel, PowerPoint a must)
Experience on financial budgeting & forecasting.
Variance Analysis skills
Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Big 4 experience preferred
