Job Description : The person would be responsible for automating the business requirements on regular basis. He/She would be required to ensure that interfaces, processes and scripts meet requirements to accommodate the smooth functioning and to ensure this is delivered accurately and within agreed SLA.
The key role is to analyse, design and to develop. These requests may be received from internal clients. The person must continually consider ways to improve processes and reduce risk across a variety of systems, always focusing on the retention of high standards of input and output.
The programmer’s aim is to enhance the client service, improve efficiency and reduce risk, to facilitate improvements to the core business, both maintaining and contributing to improve CPA Global position as the leading IP Service provider.
Main Accountabilities:
Write good quality code ( C# and .Net ) and follow best practices of development paradigm
Good to have any scripting language like Perl/Java script/VB script
Take complete ownership of Functional/Technical components
Investigate and fix software problems and implement functional enhancements
Open and track change requests and resolve escalated bug incidents
Test and release automation fixes
Prepare project documentation as per product methodology and practices
Follow good software configuration practices
Work with Indian and US/UK teams to refine specifications for application development or enhancement
Perform other tasks or participate in other projects as required
Develop code for Client Customizations and enhance data migration tools
Handling critical communication with direct or indirect clients/counter parts and gives attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
The candidate will be responsible for Process documentations
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA is must
Work experience of 0-2 years in corporate operations teams
Skills/ Experience Required:
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Strong desire to ensure clients are served to high standards
Good attention to detail, ensuring that opportunities are not overlooked
Good to have any scripting language like Perl/Java script/VB script
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve;
Strong Excel, C# and .Net skills are required
Ability to respond to change quickly
Ability to foster good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Ability to use multiple systems/databases
An understanding on writing technical documentations
