Job Description : Position Summary
Has knowledge on existing project process/ procedures in delivering consulting. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, hardware/software specification, implementation, testing and solution deployment with or without the supervision of others.
Essential Functions:
Provides the application of technical/functional skills to our existing customers and implement successful solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business processes .
Experience with webMethods Integration and webMethods products is must. Has adequate or indepth knowledge of one or more product areas.
Good understanding of e-commerce and web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level. Has adequate or indepth knowledge of one or more product areas.
Experience developing web services and an understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Familiar with Portals and Portal development.
Work with supervision as an individual contributor and a good team member.
Can also work on customer site or be required to travel extensively of up to 50% of the time.
Works on Program of limited scope, through usage of standard programming concepts and principles.

Requirements
Skills
Must have good written and verbal communication skills with immediate client, supervisor and peers, as well as, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Prepare and develop appropriate systems documentation as required by client/project needs.
Writes, debug and test code from specifications using SAG/WebMethods tools and other tools as appropriate with or without supervision of others.
Assist in analysis of average/complex business problems.
Plan, prioritize, organize and implement related tasks based on individual recommendations under general direction.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science or a related field
2-5 years plus related work experience
Experience with three or more of the following areas: Java/C++/object oriented programming – XML exposure – RDBMS (any Oracle, Informix, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase) – Unix or NT – EAI, middleware, or other integration experience – E-commerce, web servers (Netscape, Microsoft) or web application servers – CRM (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive…) – ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, Baan, Oracle Applications, JDE) – E-Commerce (Broadvision, ATG, B2B or other) – RosettaNet – MRO Procurement, Supply Chain, or logistics
business process reengineering/strategy. WebMethods or Software AG products. Tibco, SeeBeyond,Vitria a plus.
