Role Description
You’ll join an inspiring and curious team of project management support in improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You’ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as agile frameworks-is a key. Our Technology Controls team relies on smart, technology-driven people like you to develop and deliver streamlined solutions.
Job Responsibilities / Role:

Act as a member of the project management and core development team responsible for development and deployment of solutions.
Good technical exposure to design and development of solutions with Python technology
High level of responsibility and ownership from inception through to implementation.
High level of personal commitment to each task, a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver.
Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.
Flexibility to play the role of a business analyst or designer or developer or tester or release engineer in the team based on the demand.
Work closely with stakeholders from business, project management resources & technology throughout delivery of solutions.
Proactively research and develop new technologies, services, solutions, etc.,
Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels.
Should have a proactive approach to problem solving.
Good testing principles as well as good defect management skills.
Able to contribute as a team and deliver individually as and when needed.

Basic Qualification

B. Tech in computer science/IT / BSC IT / MSC IT

Total and Relevant Experience :

3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar setup.

Technical / Functional Skills Required:

3-5 years of experience with Python, Alteryx, UiPAth, Xceptor and/or similar technologies
Software development and project management experience including, but not limited to, mature design, coding, testing and debugging skills.
Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP preferred
Good experience writing PL/SQL or SQL scripts. Must be able to write stored procedures, triggers, functions, and tables.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation
Exposure/competence with Agile Development approach
Code Reviews – Standards, Stability, Performance, Memory Management
Well versed with OO concepts and thorough understanding of various design patterns
Experience of working in the real time application or reactive programming
Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

Generic Skills Required:

Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with and build relationships across the organization
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
