Job Description:
Job Purpose : The purpose of this role is to work across the LOBs/BU and IT functions to gather, prioritize, manage, maintain and collaborate with stakeholders and support Chief Digital & Information Officer in driving IT roadmap, plans and initiatives and support people practices. Also responsible for managing key Corporate projects for various functions (HR, Legal, Sustainability, etc.) through consistent execution, collaborative and robust engagement with stakeholders to deliver the defined KPIs.

The major skills involved are:
Functional knowledge: Understanding the overall Digital and IT landscape to be an effective Assistant to the CDIO.
Technology knowledge: Good understanding of Office Automation technologies like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, etc
Persistence and follow-up: Need to engage with stakeholders within and outside the Digital and IT function to ensure timelines and deliverables are adhered to.
Organized working: Manage meetings and tasks effectively to ensure progress on critical initiatives for self and other stakeholders
Inter-personal skills: Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Key Result Areas:
Enhance and elevate effectiveness of CDIO Office
Manage CDIO Calendar and his meeting schedules and ensure productive outcomes of the meeting discussions by tracking MOMs.
Work with function Heads & Business IT Heads for tracking progress across key HR initiatives, plugging bottlenecks & expediting dependencies to ensure desired output within timelines
Ensure that all the relevant escalations happen to the CDIO/relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Coordinate with ABG Group IT in driving initiatives taken at Group level
Release Important Notification, Advisory, Newsletter form CDIO’s Desk on various initiatives
Manage and Execute Corporate Projects
Research concepts and emerging technologies for applicability to business needs
Identify the best fit solution for key initiatives leveraging existing technology platforms
Prepare a business case and have sign off from the Business
Work closely with vendors/ Internal stakeholders in evaluation and selection of technology partners to deliver business requirements and ensure compatibility to current IT systems in the organization
Spearhead design, architecture, and development of solutions to identified business needs.
Lead project execution and ensure completion within time and cost
Manage awareness and communication and training regarding Digital and IT
Drive awareness and adoption of Office Automation tools and Information Security practices across the organization.
Carry out periodic employee surveys on IT CSAT and drive improvement initiatives
Create awareness in the organization on IT initiatives thro’ multiple channels including Teams, Yammer, emails, newsletters, intranet, etc
Plan and execute training programs on Digital and IT, in coordination with HR

Qualifications:
MBA,B.E/B.Tech

Minimum Experience Level:
4-6 Years

Chief Digital & IT Officer
