Job Description : Min Experience – 7-10+ Yrs (Past TeamLead Experience is a MUST)Key responsibilities: – Team Lead· Build Software Solutions/Designs Technical + Functional both for high-volume, low-latency mission-critical systems.· Interact with Customer Business Staff and draw Busines requirements and create Business Requirements and System Requirements· Interact with Customer and Relevant IT Technical Staff in the ecosystem & create High Level Design, Application Interface Design. Perform application analysis & propose technical solution for Project and Application enhancement/Migrations for new Enhancement CRs or to also resolve Production Issues.· Also, Lead a team of Data architects/designers to ensure that the Designs are up-to to the mark towards meeting the requirements· Role expected in dual – Lead + Individual contributor· Perform Impact analysis, Estimations· Creation necessary documentation for all project deliverable phases· Technical hands-on and Tech savvy to Investigate issues at ground level if needed, Perform self PoCsTechnical Skills: Main Skill – Java + Cloud· Mandatoryo Mandatory and Hands on experience in Java Programming – Core java, J2EE, JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, Hibernate, HTML5, CSS3, bootstrap, JSON, XMo Hands on experience in Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Context etc.o Hands on experience on Frontends – Angular web framework – Angular 6+o Good to have Knowledge of developing and consuming Web services using XML, SOAP, and / or WSDL standards, REST interfaces/APIs and Microserviceso Hands on experience of web/application servers – Tomcat, Wildfly or Jboss etc.o Hands on experience of Oracle database, SQLs and PL/SQL queries.o Hands on experience Unix commands & Shell scripting.· Good to haveo Azure Cloud knowledge or equivalent or fundamental conceptso Experience of Lift and Shift or Modernization in Java Technologyo Java/Webservers based environments fundamentalso Linux, Unix & advance scriptingo Telecom/Datawarehouse domain knowledgeBehavioral skills: · Eagerness & Hunger & open to learn in Technologies not worked upon in the past & ready to get out of comfort zone and learn data warehousing domain· Strong Analytical, Good problem solving & decision-making skills· Good communication skills within the team, site and with the customer· Curious and to challenge the status quo & Ability to work independently and drive issues to closure· Consult when necessary with relevant parties, raise timely risks· Ability to stretch respective working hours when necessary, to support business needsEffectively handle multiple and complex work assignments, while consistently deliver high quality workJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Back End Developers: 7 years (Preferred)total work: 10 years (Preferred)Java: 7 years (Preferred)
