Job Description : WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our Global Services (GS) HR team support our Global functions. Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will work in our newly establish Workforce Data Mgt, Reporting and Analytics team. The team is responsible for managing and maintaining workforce data to drive data-based decision making, insight and change. They are crucial contributors to our global functions and hubs daily operations and transformation journeys.

As the Manager of a new and growing team, you will –
Shape and lead the Global Services HR data agenda, both to support the GS functions and hubs, and drive best practice across our global functions .
Lead projects end-to-end, from ideation through technical execution, to business implementation and automation.
Implement and lead data management practices to ensure the operational data integrity of workforce data in Workday and people analytics dashboards and reports.

YOU’RE GOOD AT
Delivering top notch operational people data & metrics, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting and streamlined processes
Designing and producing HR KPI dashboards
Providing thought leadership on how to leverage analytical concepts and methodologies to achieve strategic goals
Carefully understanding business context and proposing practical solutions with clear value drivers, explaining the analysis/research in an easy-to-understand way
Project management and execution: developing project roadmaps, resource management, managing risk and contingencies and effective stakeholder management
Effectively prioritizing and balancing work efforts independently based on understanding of the strategy and HR business goals
Cultivating strong collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
Bringing analytical and conceptual thinking skills and working to a hypothesis-based environment
Proactively taking initiative, using good judgement to prioritize requests and are comfortable working with minimal direction
Understand the importance of attention to detail
Developing team members, and coaching them for high performance

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Post-graduate degree, preferably in HR, Business, engineering or other analytical and/or technology-related fields, with high academic achievement required; advanced degree preferred
10-12 years’ total experience in a dynamic and challenging professional environment
Preferred: Has led an operational analytics team and delivery of analytics projects for HR stakeholders in a shared services model, with experience delivering operational data projects across the employee lifecycle
Entrepreneurial drive to move forward the function and deliver high impact initiatives
Problem solving, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to anticipate, identify, and solve critical problems
Demonstrates keen attention to detail and rigorous data management practices
Lead, grow and mentor a growing data management and analytics delivery team
Experience in working with large, complex data sets
Experience in project management and delivery
Development and deployment of end-to-end solutions, rapid prototyping
Management and business development of existing and new solutions
Experience in core data visualization tasks and tools (one or more of the following):
Design visually compelling reports
Build interactive dashboards and data exploration tools (eg; Alteryx)
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, R shiny, D3 or other visualisation tools (frontend development)
