We are looking for Head Marketing with 10+ Years of experience in below areas:
Strategic Planning and Implementation: Lead and drive development, implementation, and tracking of business development/marketing plans. Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
Brand: Define the brand, responsible for brand growth with appropriate marketing with communication, promotions, media, web, content, social media, PR presence, partnerships, research, design, user experience, CRM, influencer marketing and any other aspect of marketing
Marketing Calendars: Define & own the marketing calendars and promotional strategies to meet organizational objective. Work on the 30-60-90 days + long term plans
Budgeting/Revenue: Interact with leaders to define the brand marketing budget. Responsible for brand marketing budgets and its utilization. Manage the marketing budgets ROI of the firm and its effective utilization
Team / KPIs – Define the team structure & hire. Define roles, responsibilities & action plan for oneself & the team. Measure and report the performance against ROI and KPI goals of Marketing team and outside partner agencies.
Customer experience – Define & drive the customer experience on the web, on site, call centre & other touchpoints across the customer journey
Business Expansion – Launch New Products or Services. Generate new opportunities to grow the business. Aid creating an agent module & marketing it.
Sales – Work closely with sales team for constant feedback, aid customer success & drive sales growth.
ATL, BTL & LSM promotions: Define & activate relevant ATL, BTL, events & local promotional activities.
Competition Tracking: Constantly keep track of prospects and bringing marketing insights by analyzing competitions marketing activities
Tracking and Reporting: Generate monthly marketing reports with achievements covering online, offline marketing and initiatives 30-60-90 days plan for events + effective execution + results. Lead brand calendar & competition analysis
Digital Marketing: Responsible for defining the online presence & marketing strategies for the organization
Data Analytics: Define data analytics approach & mindset for the business & activate necessary actions for business growth. Analyze the customer patterns for higher returns …
