Job Description : We are looking for Admission Counsellors from Education Industry, preferably experienced professionals from Colleges and Coaching Institutes in Delhi NCR.Experience required: Minimum 2 yearsSkill Set: Admission Counselling, Student Counseling, Admission Coordinator, Client Relationship Management, Educational Administration, Educational Marketing, Communication Skills, Soft skills, Client Relationship Management, Business Development Management, Customer Relationship Management, Educational Sales, Customer Service, Lead Generation,· To advise students for further study options· Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.· Interview students to understand their objectives and background.· Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.· Follow-up with students for any enquiries through phone calls and emails.· Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.· Help students to shortlist universities according to the course interest, collect the supporting documents from them, guide them to write their Statement of Purpose· Research & shortlist courses & universities according to previous study· Mapping the University Eligibility criteria with student profile and marks· Send application forms to the universities for evaluation and keep a track on the status of the application submitted and admission process· Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFood allowanceInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:South Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)Application Question(s):How much experience do you have in Academic Counselling?What is your notice period?When can you come for f2f interview?What is your current CTC?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Education & Admission Counsellors: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)Academic counseling: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
