Technical Hands-On
Digital Banking/Deposits
Distributed Applications

Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker
REST APIs
JAVA Spring Boot
MongoDB/PostgreSQL
Ability to write, review and test code to ensure compatibility and stability
Involved in technical aspect of the product
Playing a critical role in Techno-Functional Solution binding.
Responsible for driving agile practices within the organization
Experience in Team management as a scrum master
Motivating people and helping them to reach their maximum potential.
Responsible for smooth execution of project life cycle like Capacity planning, Risk Management, Skill Management, etc.
Owing the end to end delivery of the product releases & communication with different stakeholders.
