Job Description
Sourcing of new customers for Agri and MSME business
Onboarding of sourced accounts
Cross sell of liability, insurance and retail asset products
1. Sourcing of New Accounts
a. Sourcing of the potential agri and MSME customers from the branch network assigned and mapped
b. Referral based activity by engaging with the existing and new customer base
c. Achievement of allocated sourcing budget in terms of numbers & value
d. Comply with the regulatory requirements for classifying the customer as per the guidelines
2. Customer Onboarding
a. Timely onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring the defined turnaround time
b. Activating transactions in the account and service the customer on a regular basis
3. Portfolio Management
a. Every relationship sourced is to be managed by the RM throughout the life of the relationship
4. Cross Sell
a. Increase wallet-share by cross-selling & up selling
b. Seek the support of Insurance / retail loans / SME loans / other teams for cross selling
c. convert CSB accounts as primary accounts of customers
5. Others
a. Ensure consistent customer experience at all touch points
b. Be professional & courteous in communication – telephone, email, letter and in person
d. Understand products & prevailing industry practices and trends and suggest system /process changes required, to respective verticals
6. Compliance
a. Ensure KYC compliance while account opening, so that exceptions are nil and account is opened with minimum TAT
b. Ensure proper customer awareness of the features of the product so that mis-selling does not occur
7.Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the Bank
