Job Description : Job Description & Qualifications
1. Works closely with product owners and business stakeholders for finished vehicle logistics to understand the business needs, articulate and capture business requirements and priorities
2. Works closely with product manager and the product team peers to deliver Iteration commitments based on agile processes
3. Responsible for developing product features, user stories, and iteration plan for the backlog
4. Perform coding using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and data analysis using SQL, Alteryx; Perform unit testing, functional & integration testing
5. Perform code and test reviews for peer software engineers
6. Ensures the timely delivery of backlog items including development, and operations support delivery
7. Works closely with architect and software engineers to architect the solutions to the business need
8. Supports in identifies of risks, and implementation of mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of risks.
9. Ensures accordance to Ford IT processes and IT policies.
10. Ensures active participation in daily stand up and other team agile ceremonies; Ensures adoption of Agile, DevOps and software craftsmanship practices
11. Ensures effective usage of Rally software for tracking Iteration plan
