This role is a Senior Software Engineer. You’ll be responsible for working with the architects and engineering the best solutions for today’s business problems.

What will you be doing?
Help build and deploy cutting edge APIs and microservices using scalable code Develop the next generation order processing system, helping to bridge the gap between the data and the UI Ensure that applications are tested and run smoothly, troubleshooting wherever and whenever necessary Learn and grow, challenging both yourself and your teammates to be the best possible engineers as you take on more responsibility and projects Deploy application in AWS Work in a challenging, fast-paced environment Determine the feasibility of software operations through problem definition, evaluating analysis, and solution development
Work collaboratively and independently to design software solution

Experiences that would be helpful: You feel at home working with a language such as Go, Python, Scala, Java, or any C-type language You have an interest in understanding how all the components connect and interact with each other You are hungry to tackle multiple parts of the ecosystem and have the versatility and experience jumping in where needed You are familiar with APIs, JSON, microservice architecture, Docker, CI/CD and source code management You have experience in creating/calling Web Services and implementing secure client communications using gRPC, REST, and similar technologies. You have experience in Apache Kafka or Apache Pulsar You are expert in SQL technologies and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, MySQL)
Interest in picking up Hadoop technologies (Spark, Hive) You have experience in developing High Available, Scalable and High Performing application. You have worked with queues such as Rabbit You have written unit and/or integration test Experience with development on high-performing APIs or e-commerce interfacing system

Communication Ability to articulate problems and express potential solutions Identify and notify leaders of blockers Interact with other teams and tech leads as needed
