Your role
review and analyse risk parametersassist in preparation of monthly risk board materialfollow up and resolve risk related audit, operational risk and technical risk actions (some of these action may originate in other teams and require co-ordination)keep risk documentation up to dateanticipate and highlight any technical risks in timely mannercreate remediation plan with inputs from Software Component managers & schedule for overall project rollout, including definition of phases with scope detailsaccurately report the periodic progress to program steering committee as well as key stakeholdersassist teams in resolving prioritization conflicts by working with their respective stakeholderswork with SMEs from various groups outside IB Tech to provide remediation guidance to application owners. These SME teams include Infrastructure, Security, Engineering and Application Supportcreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Your team
You’ll be working in the Markets Regulation Risk management team in the India branch of UBS IB Technology. This team is responsible managing and reporting all BAU risk and high priority risk remediation initiatives..
Your expertise
5-10 years of experience.Excellent understanding / Flair for technologyexperience in risk management or audit, and technology, preferably in the Financial Services industrystrong analytical and problem solving skills
sound experience in data analysis, validation and presentation of resultsattention to detailexperience in executing technology projects with multiple work streams / Agile methodologiesstrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsknowledge of tools such as FLOW JIRA and Tableau reportingworking knowledge of Technology Risk Taxonomyworking knowledge of enterprise infrastructureProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plusISACA’s CRISC certification is a plus pluspassionate about technology (it shows both inside and outside of work)skilled at finding optimal solutions by challenging status quoeffective within the complexity, constraints and boundaries of a leading global organization, operating in a highly regulated industry, running on bespoke softwarea strong communicator, fluent in English
