Must train new hires in all the scopes under Medical Billing(Demo/Charge, payment Posting,Credit Balance/Refunds etc)
Will be part of new client and new scope transition
Will actively be involved in OJT phase of Freshers
Need to address process gaps and suggest improvements to the Team Lead
Coaching the agents on short falls and track their improvements
To be a good motivator and maintaining the teams performance
Responsible for creating and administering on going training programs for new and current employees
Will be responsible for Preparing Account Manual Test, Process Audit, Call Audit, Preparing Training Material
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline
Good understanding and knowledge of US Healthcare Medical Billing process with minimum 4+ years of working experience
Should have been served as Subject Matter Expert or Process Coach in current profile.
Should be able to communicate in English fluently and do presentations affluently.
