Job Description : Job Description: Successful candidates will be offered the position of Associate Software Engineer. For the initial 3-6 months, an engineer will be trained on an area of business focus and will be assessed periodically. Training will be a combination of self-study, classroom, and on-the-job. Upon successful completion of the training and satisfactory performance, the engineer will be placed in customer projects. After successful completion of the trainings and completing 6 months, if the performance meets our expectations, the engineer will be promoted as Software Engineer.Work involves development, testing, integration, and sustenance of software products for our customers.
