The AWM Change Mobilization team partners with Operations, Technology and Business leadership to take the best of what we do, within and across LOBs, and drive deliberate cross-pollination across AWM Operations teams, promoting global process consistency and standards. We focus on evolving the organization’s capabilities to move from lower to higher-value added tasks, and creating agile processes, teams and infrastructure that enable differentiated client experiences and outcomes. We follow a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify opportunities and employ co-design principles to create effective, scalable, well controlled solutions. Those solutions seek to differentially equip our people and support their development as Operations professionals of the future. We serve the broader organization and maintain a service-oriented attitude in all that we do.
Current initiatives include:

Service Design – to deliver improved employee experience and better client outcomes
Business Process & Decision Modeling – capture current and design future state processes and business logic to drive integration into underlying core technology
Analytics Transformation – govern and support adoption of Alteryx, Tableau and Qlik to drive value creation through automation of manual data preparation and reporting tasks
Intelligent Automation – manage ongoing automation initiatives using Xceptor and Robotics Process Automation- UiPath platform ; liaise with firm-wide programs and represent AWM Operations in evaluation and implementation of existing and emerging digital tools
Common Capabilities Product Ownership – drive product development of core technology components that can be leveraged across AWM

Core Responsibilities

Can propose Hyper-automation solutions along with AI , ML, NLG and OCR capabilities , as a part of an Integrated E2E solution basis the solution requirements.
Ensuring the product/solution architecture is scalable, re-usable and extensible
Configuring new RPA processes using Process Mining, Task Mining – UiPath In Designing and architecting the product/solution
Leading as solution Architect in design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due

consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed.

Ensuring customer requirements are translated into functional specifications and detailed level designs
Partner with our business to identify the best customized solution that meets their requirements in terms of RPA strategy on an enterprise level
Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath.
Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Studio Pro, Orchestrator.
Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues , supporting outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs, and project implementation phase.
Responsible for the overall testing cycles.
Deliver technical training, demos, blueprints and provide the necessary support for new/existing clients
Thorough Understanding on UiPath tools during the Life cycle of BOT implementation like Process Mining, Task Mining, Task capture, Document understanding , AI Centre, Orchestrator, Test Manager, Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, SAP Automation, or Citrix Automation is a plus.
Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
Experience with Agile development methodology
Hands-on experience in low code automation tools such as Xceptor and Alteryx, Python and R is an added plus

Qualifications

10+ years relevant work experience in IT Industry ,customer-facing, partner facing, customer success, account management
5+ years of experience in Coding/ code development background
Experience in UiPath coding using Studio and StudioPro is must.
Experience in Strategic thinking and solutioning of the business use cases.
Certifications in using UiPath development platforms in must.
Good knowledge on VBA/C#, python or any scripting language.
Advanced RPA Developer certifications is a Plus
Qualified B-Tech/ BE/MCA/MS Computers
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma is an added advantage
Financial services experiences in either Global Markets or Asset and Wealth Management
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and ability to facilitate discussions
Self-motivated and motivate others to meet tight timelines for delivery
Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities
Experience in working with matrix organizations
Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills are required.
