Role Description

Job Purpose

· Responsible for interacting with internal and external resources; leading, managing and tracking media planning and buying and digital marketing strategy and budgets. Recommend and supervise all digital initiatives in terms of content and media, align internally, launch and manage the brands engagement through community.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Responsibility Areas
Key Performance Indicators

· Handle 100+ brand initiatives in a year across geographies of India
· Manage offline (TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Consumer activations) and online media (digital)for all AP brands
· Identifying new media vehicles through the year to break the media clutter and create relevance and top of mind recall for brands
· Strategizing and executing brand specific content integration and marketing on both offline and online media
· Train and educate the brand managers with media terminology and digital media basics
· Media research and cross media study with actionable insights
· Manage the media agency and all internal and external stakeholders
· Manage RFP’s, contracts, reports, data analysis with all external stakeholders/agencies
· Implement best practices, new strategies, innovative features on an ongoing basis on traditional and digital
· Understand and educate the marketing team on the media basics
· Using PR effectively across campaigns
· Breakthrough innovative ideas for launches and promotion.
Ø Achieving the growth in mediaspace with SOV lead and CPRP controls
Ø Drive innovations for various brands and AP corporate
Ø YoY increases in measures of audience reach and brand engagement across web, social and mobile channels
Ø Enhance processes, implement best and innovative practices
Ø Quality data analysis to identify insights and trends in order to take business decisions

a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend):
· 300+ crores

· Will be working in a team alongside 2 other Brand manager – corporate and digital

· Company Wide

Role Requirements / Specifications

Qualifications
Essential
· MBA
· At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
· Should be a go-getter who demonstrates an ability to take a concept and implement it to create a desired impact.
· Ability to think on feet and implement even faster are key requirements

Previous Experience
· 3-7 years of experience in Media agency
