Job Description : Your field of responsibility
The main responsibilities would be:
Lead and contribute to the delivery of Client Revenue reporting for recurring and ad-hoc data requirement for business partners
Focus on automation and scalability in the design and implementation of infrastructure for reports distribution. Eg: Budget monitoring platform, Client Revenue Dashboards, Tableau Reports
Design, implementation and monitoring of data controls related to Client Revenue (cRev). Eg: Exception queue handling
Deep dive to identify data gaps and discrepancies. Work with technology teams to drive-changes and embed strategic solutions in our BAU framework
Liaise with front office partners to define and prioritize the book of work items
Address questions on trade processing, client-sales coverage setup, sales team hierarchy & structure changes, sales entitlements, reference data maintenance such as Product hierarchy etc.
Support data submissions to 3rd Party Surveys, regulatory reporting and ad-hoc data asks from the partners

This role is an integral part of IB Client Finance group in Pune responsible for reporting the accuracy and completeness of the client revenue data. It also plays a critical role to ensure the senior management across divisions has timely access to client and sales performance analytics. You will get an opportunity to assist and drive the strategic projects to implement a comprehensive Controls framework and ensure strict adherence to Client Revenue Policy. The role also involves publishing multiple Client Revenue reports to our business partners which is instrumental for the client strategy.

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Finance professional with 3-8 years of experience. Financial product knowledge is a must
Experience working with McLagan, Coalition or any other Market benchmarking surveys is a plus
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability in data interrogation, interpretation, and presentation
Prior experience in driving projects that are technology driven
Proficiency in MS office applications – particularly Excel with advanced use of formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups is essential
Prior experience of using Business Objects, Tableau, Alteryx etc. is preferred
Excellent communication skills as the role will involve interaction with colleagues at various levels and engaging with senior partners
Should have ability and self-confidence to work independently, initially in establishing a new process and over time, in increasing the scope of delivery
Exposure to process improvement and project management is preferred and an ability to investigate business issues and identify root cause to resolve, will help in your BAU
Proven ability to multi-task in a very demanding and fast-paced environment
