Job Description : KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

The primary objectives will be to identify opportunities for automation leveraging Business Objects and also low-code tools such as Alteryx, PEGA, UiPath, Instabase and built solutions for the Business.
The Reference Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the overall program / operational objectives by gathering content related requirements and establishing relevant data-model for the benefits of the Programs/Operations.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand the data from an Operational perspective
To understand the applications used for processing and utilize business object tools for reporting.
Establish automated solutions using low-code tools such as Alteryx, PEGA, UiPath, Instabase etc.
Create control reports wherever necessary and ensure the breaks are corrected and reported.
Learn and explore the capabilities of low-code tools and apply the same where opportunity exist.
Support Business by providing regular/adhoc reports on time
Involvement and support for any business related projects/programs.
Contribute towards to the Citizens Developer agenda by automating manual tasks using low-code tools
Take up additional responsibilities outside the remit of reporting.
Required skill Set:

Capable of generating Business Object reports independently
Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
Knowledge about lo-code tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, PEGA, UiPath, Instabase etc
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various levels of management
Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and should be able to prioritize one’s own work to achieve them.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Flexibility to work global hours.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
