Job Description : Job Title: Sr SPP-ID Administrator
Department: Process
Position Summary: SPP&ID Engineer with professional knowledge in Refinery,

Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Plant

Responsibilities:
Install, configure and set up SmartPlant P&ID in conjunction with

the information manager of the assignment project(s)

To guarantee, with the other projects tools administrators,

an efficient transfer of information from and to SmartPlant P&ID

Support and advise SmartPlant P&ID users

Interfacing with IT operations for the SmartPlant P&ID

support architecture

To supervise the systems, analyze their performances, and

follow the incidents with the custodian

Evaluate and implement new versions of SmartPlant P&ID

in conjunction with associated tools

Establish the procedures for using SmartPlant P&ID for

assignment projects

To be able to manage interfaces with AVEVA P&ID’ type tools

if possible

Able to publish the SPPIDs to SPF (ie. Knowledge of working in

integrated environment)
Essential Requirements
More than Ten (10) years of SPP&ID Administration experience

with focus in Oil & Gas Plant, Refinery and Petrochemical Plant

systems.

Skills

Develop detailed project work instructions.

Control of Project Schedule and coordination with multiple

disciplines & subcontractors.

Coordination for SmartPlant Tools issue logs and assisting for

resolutions.

Ensuring Engineering common-data polices, numbering

systems, document control procedures.

Preparation of SPPID database handover and supporting

documentation.

Set up for publishing environment to smart plant Foundation

Plan and Publish the SPPIDs to SPF
Education
Bachelors in Engineering or the equivalent Technical degree

required
